Ellen S. Levine is Of Counsel to the Firm, practicing in the areas of commercial lending and banking, restructuring and workouts, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, healthcare, and real estate finance and leasing. Ms. Levine is a member of the Board of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys.
Attorney Levine has been in-house counsel for a number of financial institutions, ending with Webster Bank, National Association, before joining Brown & Welsh, P.C. of counsel in 2009.
Ms. Levine is admitted to practice in the state of Connecticut Superior Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Ms. Levine received both her A.B. and J.D. from Cornell University.
