Matthew Warden volunteered as Judge for the 1L oral arguments at Quinnipiac University School of Law

 On April 11, 2023, Attorney Matthew Warden volunteered as Judge for the 1L oral arguments at Quinnipiac University School of Law. Law students presented arguments regarding bona fide occupational qualifications in the context of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), which generally prohibits employment discrimination.  Attorney Warden questioned the students on their arguments and provided feedback about their presentation.
