2022 UConn Law School Annual Fall Intramural Negotiation Competition

Hartford, CT, September 28, 2022 – Attorney Evan S. Goldstein volunteered as a Judge for the UConn Law School Annual Fall Intramural Negotiation Competition 2022, Quarterfinal Round.  The UConn Law School students negotiated and mediated a fact pattern that involved a car accident involving a self-driving car.  The law students negotiated a mutually beneficial settlement agreement, NDA and mutual releases. The Judges evaluated and scored each team and provided feedback about the team's negotiation strategies, teamwork and planning.
