On March 8, 2022, Attorney Evan Goldstein, a principal at Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, P.C. was a guest lecturer at Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  Professor Matthew Asbell invited Attorney Evan Goldstein to lecture to his Cardozo externship seminar class made up of 2Ls, 3Ls and LLMs students. Attorney Goldstein discussed the intersection of intellectual property law with bankruptcy, secured transactions, litigation and mergers and acquisitions, and provided some general observations and best practices to the Cardozo students as they embark on their summer associate and first year associate positions.
