Kevin McEleney Appointed As Chair of Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group

UKS is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors appointed Kevin McEleney as the new chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. UKS touts a strong team of attorneys and staff in this area with capabilities across a broad range of matters. Mr. McEleney represents lenders, commercial landlords and businesses in a wide variety of complex business disputes, workouts and real estate matters. He succeeds Thomas Gugliotti who has successfully led and developed this practice group since joining UKS in 1996.
