Richard Dighello is elected to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Greater New Britain Chamber of Commerce
The Updike Kelly & Spellacy family takes great pride in congratulating Firm Principal Rick Dighello on his recent election to serve as Chairman of the Greater New Britain Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Attorney Dighello’s induction into the office was held at the Chamber’s 109th Annual Meeting, held at the Student Center Alumni Hall on the campus of Central Connecticut State University. This gala event was attended by approximately 200 business leaders from the area including members of the Firm, who lent their congratulations and support to Chairman Dighello as he began his duties as Chair by presiding over the Annual Meeting.
The Chamber is comprised of nearly 300 business leaders from the greater New Britain area. Throughout its more than century-long history, the Chamber has served as a resource and focal point for the many business interests in the area, while at the same time serving to enhance the civic and community interests of greater New Britain. The Chamber has been at the center of business networking and mutual support since shortly after the turn of the last century. Attorney Dighello’s natural enthusiasm and energy will ensure that the success of the Chamber will continue during his tenure as Chairman of the Board and beyond.
Attorney Dighello serves as Chair of the UKS Product Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Group and is a member of the Firm’s Construction Practice Group.
