Michael Botelho | CAIS Annual Conference on Business & Operations 2021

On Thursday, November 4, 2021, UKS Shareholder Michael P. Botelho will be a guest speaker at The Connecticut Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) 2021 Annual Conference on Business & Operations. Attorney Botelho will present a session exploring the basic elements of tax-exempt borrowings benefitting independent schools in both the public and private sectors.  He is Chairman of the firm’s Public Finance practice group and represents schools and other borrowers, issuers, purchasers, underwriters and trustees in various tax-exempt finance transactions.
