Business Responsibilities Under the CT Cannabis Law
Since July 1, 2021, Connecticut has allowed individuals aged 21 and older to possess or consume up to 1.5 ounces of what is legislatively called “cannabis plant material,” marijuana.
As employers, it is important to know what their responsibilities are as they apply to the workplace. Can an employer ban the use of cannabis and cannabis-related products?
