Christopher L. Brigham | Return to Work in the Age of Covid -19

On Tuesday, October 13, 2020, UKS Attorney Christopher L. Brigham addressed the Dental Society of Greater Waterbury on the subject of “Return to Work Issues in the Age of Covid-19”.  Attorney Brigham’s presentation focused on topics such as employee safety, compliance with the Families First Corona Virus Response Act, emergency paid sick leave requirements, rehiring considerations, travel advisories and employee testing.  Attorney Brigham’s presentation contained a wealth of guidance for dental practices navigating state and federal employment issues during the current pandemic.
