Thomas A. Gugliotti | Clabby Award

UKS Hartford Principal, Thomas A. Gugliotti was recently honored by the Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association as the 2019 “CLABBY Award” recipient for Service to the Profession.   Attorney Gugliotti received this honor in recognition of his leadership and service to the Bar, and the legal profession, including helping to develop new comprehensive local bankruptcy rules, educational and pro bono services delivery programs in the bankruptcy area.  Attorney Gugliotti is the past recipient of the Section’s CLABBY Lifetime Achievement Award, having received that honor in 2017.  Attorney Gugliotti chairs the UKS Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, and concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy & creditors' rights, debt restructuring, commercial litigation, mediation, real estate title litigation, and title insurance coverage & claims.  Attorney Gugliotti has been in practice since 1975, and still routinely arrives at his office before 6:30 AM on most mornings!
