Michael P. Botelho | SEC Enforcement

Shareholder Michael P. Botelho recently served on a panel entitled “SEC Enforcement – Practical Pointers on Disclosure and Compliance Programs and Interfacing with the SEC Staff in the Current Regulatory Environment” at the Workshop conference sponsored by the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) held in Chicago.   Attorney Botelho is Chairman of the firm’s Public Finance practice group and is a former Chairman of NABL’s Tax and Securities Law Institute,  the most advanced conference for bond counsel practitioners in the country.   In addition, he has served on numerous other panels addressing various securities law and municipal finance issues, including bank direct purchases and primary and secondary disclosure.
