2019 Greater New Haven Chamber Annual Business Leadership Awards

On September 26, 2019, Attorneys David Monz and Susan Hays attended the 2019 Greater New Haven Chamber Annual Business Leadership Awards Luncheon. 415 Washington Ave Partners, LLC , a joint venture of Rabina Properties and Hillwood Development Company and a client of the firm, the Town of North Haven and Amazon were awarded the Developer Investment Award for their role in the development of the new Amazon “fulfillment center” in North Haven, CT. The 858,000 sq. ft. distribution center is open for business and plans to employ up to 1,800 people.

The Annual Awards Luncheon has recognized individuals and businesses that have exhibited exceptional leadership skills, are active participants in business and community organizations, and have accomplished noteworthy results.
