Welsh as the General Counsel of Nippon Steel & Sumikin Bussan Americas, Inc. (“NSBA”), effective as of January 1, 2019. NSBA is a trading company dealing with ferrous & non-ferrous metals, food & machinery & equipment with headquarters office in Chicago & with offices in Pittsburgh, Houston, Los Angeles area & Mexico City, Mexico & has joint ventures & facilities throughout the United States & Mexico. 

Attorney Welsh will have an office address & contact information at the NSBA Chicago headquarters but will remain as Counsel to UKS & will have his primary office & contracts at the UKS Hartford office.  Attorney Welsh is recognized for his work in commercial law & finance & other business law matters & will continue to supervise matters & serve UKS clients from its offices in Connecticut.
