Michael P. Botelho | National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL)

Shareholder Michael P. Botelho will be chairing a panel entitled “Role and Responsibilities of Underwriter’s Counsel” at the Institute, a conference sponsored by the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) to be held in San Diego in March 2020.  Attorney Botelho is Chairman of the firm’s Public Finance practice group and is a former Chairman of NABL’s Tax and Securities Law Institute, the most advanced conference for bond counsel practitioners in the country.  In addition, he has served on numerous other panels addressing various securities law and municipal finance issues, including bank direct purchases and primary and secondary disclosure.
