C. Zack Hyde is an associate in the firm’s Hartford Office, where he practices in the areas of commercial lending and banking, corporate transactions, public finance, and commercial litigation. Attorney Hyde graduated from Lafayette College with degrees in both English and Government and Law and received his J.D., with Honors, from the UConn School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut. Prior to pursuing his J.D., and throughout law school, Attorney Hyde served in Connecticut Governor Dannel P. Malloy’s Administration. There, he spent eight years working in a variety of positions within both the Governor’s Executive Office and the Office of Policy and Management.
Robert G. Pethick is an associate in the firm’s business and corporate services department. Attorney Pethick graduated from Quinnipiac University, magna cum laude, and received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. He practices in the areas of corporate and business law, including general corporate transactions and commercial litigation. He advises businesses on corporate matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and commercial lending and financings.
