Michael Botelho | Named Chairman of a Special Committee Established by the NABL

Shareholder Michael P. Botelho was recently named Chairman of a special committee established by the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) responsible for crafting updated disclosure policy guidelines in light of the recent amendments to SEC Rule 15c2-12. Attorney Botelho is Chairman of the firm’s Public Finance practice group and is a former Chairman of NABL’s Tax and Securities Law Institute, the most advanced conference for bond counsel practitioners in the country. In addition, he has served on numerous panels addressing various securities law and municipal finance issues, including SEC enforcement, bank direct purchases, and primary and secondary disclosure.
