Ashley Calabrese is responsible for developing and implementing effective lobbying strategies and grassroots advocacy campaigns to best suit her clients’ interests. Through her experience, she has developed lasting professional relationships with members of the state legislature on both sides of the aisle, as well as the executive branch, municipal leaders and the Connecticut congressional delegation.
Ms. Calabrese has built a successful track record of lobbying on major legislation on behalf of corporations and not-for-profit organizations. She possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the issues and policy process along with a keen sense of politics. Her network of contacts and experience in building coalitions are key assets in getting the job done for clients. Ms. Calabrese has successfully led coalitions by creating and executing effective lobbying strategies on some of the most high-profile policy issues taken up by the Connecticut legislature in recent years. Her government relations accomplishments stretch across a variety of issues, including construction, health care, insurance and energy.
Ms. Calabrese currently serves as President of the Association of Connecticut Lobbyists.
Ms. Calabrese has a B. A. in Psychology from Connecticut College and resides in West Hartford.
