Arunan D. Arulampalam is an associate in the firm’s Hartford office where he practices in the areas of Business Law, Healthcare Law, and Public Finance.

While in law school, Mr. Arulampalam was Lead Articles and Notes Editor for the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal and published an article on a provision of the Affordable Care Act that created state-run health care cooperatives which he presented at a symposium on the topic.  He was also elected President of the Quinnipiac Student Bar Association and served as an intern for the Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant of the United States District Court, District of Connecticut, and as a research assistant for Professor Robert C. Farrell.

Prior to law school, Mr. Arulampalam served on a number of political campaigns, including as a staffer to now Governor Dannel P. Malloy and as a Campaign Manager to now State Senator Steve Cassano, and worked at the Connecticut State Capitol.

Mr. Arulampalam received his J.D., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, and his B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
