07.15.15 - UKS Instrumental in Construction Law Dispute

Update: In the July/August 2015 edition of The Magazine for Professional Engineers, this important piece of legislation was the subject of an article titled “Connecticut Governor Signs 10-Year Statute of Limitations Bill” and quotes Attorney Doeg.  The article can be read in its entirety here.
